The Arab Linguists have noted the Dual positioning among the Predicate & Ḥāl, resulting in the variety of meanings of a sentence. Though Ḥāl (الحال) describes the condition at the time of the action of verb and the circumstance of the subject or object or both is in the accusative form, whereas predicate is in the Nominative form, it can be a word, a phrase or a sentence just like the conditions of Ḥāl. The purpose of this paper is to highlight the different angles of Semantic gestures in a text, when it changes its Nominative form to the Accusative form & vice versa, thus grammatically transforming the Predicate in to the Ḥāl.
