Abstract

The role of women's rights is one of the major contemporary issues now a day. In this field of knowledge, publications have been prepared in terms of quantity and quality, and new assumptions' and results have come to light. A significant number of feminist women, including Amna Wadood , Fatima Merniss , Asra Noumani etc. argue that in the Islamic world, men have marginalized woman's rights by interpreting religious sources according to their own desires. These Religious scholars have presented interpretation of religious sources according to their own desires. The basic element of feminism is the struggle against dominance in society. It is evident from the books of Muslims Feminist scholars that the tone and style of these women are the same as those of the western world, because the issue with current interpretations of women's. Rights, is that they interpret text without talking into account Islamic rules of interpretations. They proclaim the value of Jurisprudence in Religion, yet they are ignorant of its tenets. They have lack the attributes of Mujhtahid yet they encouraged anonymous thought. They interpret the Quran but also ignore the understanding of the Quran from Hadith. With this they pretend grant women rights, but on the contrary they robe them of such rights in and impose an anonymous node of duties on them, therefore, it is necessary to understand the efficacy of unreasonable demands. In feminist’s literature regarding women's rights. It is necessary to review whether the rights that feminist are demanding in their literature are in accordance with are contrary to the Quranic teachings? So in this research paper and attempt will be made to find the answer to these questions.
