Jihad is one important pillar of Islamic Teachings. A detail discussion in present in the primary resources of Islamic jurispundence i.e. the Quran, Ahadith, Ijma and Qias. But the term Jihad that is used for destruction and negativity by western scholars and society. Being a Muslim its our religious duty to present the true portray of islam before other world as many terms been used for islam and Muslim i.e. fundamentalists, terriost, islamophobiea etc. Dr. Tariq Ramzan wrote many books and tried to clear the image of islam for Jihad and presented the Quran Verses and Ahadith for his confirmnet. This reeasrch deals with the approaches of Dr. Ramzan about the concept of Jihad in islam.
